Delivery Policy – SmartBhai.ai
At SmartBhai.ai, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and prompt delivery . All gift vouchers are delivered electronically, either via email or mobile number provided at the time of purchase.
1. Delivery Method
- Email Delivery: Gift vouchers will be sent to the recipient’s email address in a secure digital format (e-voucher or unique code).
- SMS/Phone Delivery: Gift vouchers may be delivered via SMS or messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp) to the mobile number provided.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
- In most cases, vouchers are delivered within 15 minutes to 2 hours of successful payment.
- Orders placed outside standard business hours or during high-traffic periods (festivals, sales) may take up to 24 hours.
3. Order Confirmation
- Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email/SMS containing your purchase details.
- Once the voucher is dispatched, a Delivery Confirmation Email/SMS will be sent to confirm successful delivery.
4. Accuracy of Information
- Customers must ensure that the recipient’s email address or phone number is entered correctly during checkout.
- SmartBhai.ai will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the buyer.
5. Delivery Failure & Resolution
- If you do not receive your gift voucher within the stated delivery time, please check your spam/junk folder or message filters.
- If still not received, contact our support team at [support@smartbhai.ai] with your order ID
- If delivery fails due to incorrect contact details, a manual resend can be arranged after verification.
6. Digital Voucher Validity
- The validity period of the gift voucher will be mentioned at the time of purchase and in the delivery communication.
- SmartBhai.ai is not responsible for expired vouchers due to delayed usage.
7. No Physical Delivery
- All gift vouchers are delivered digitally only. No physical copy will be shipped.
